Welcome to the PFF Appointment System

All our appointments will now be held online or you can schedule an email review of a document. 

Appointments 

Please note that you cannot make an appointment on the day itself. But if the appointment slot is open, you can do a walk-in without making an appointment. 

Select the consultant and click on an open (white) slot and fill in the appointment booking form. Indicate whether your appointment is email review or online Zoom.

If you plan to discuss a document, you may upload it for the consultant to view before the appointment. Please note that the main analysis and review of your documents will be done with you during the appointment time, not prior to your appointment. You will be prompted to upload your document after you have saved your appointment.

  • Online Zoom Appointments: Before you appointment you will recieve a Zoom link to your online meeting. If you have trouble with the link or do not recieve the link, please email the person you were supposed to meet with. 

  • Email Review: Select this option have teaching-related documents reviewed by a PFF Fellow and emailed back to you with comments. You will be prompted to upload your documents after you save your appointment booking.

Students enrolled in a PFF Certificate course: 

  • Please only use email review for non-certificate items, not your assignments. 
  • Submit all Certificate item for review on Canvas. You may, of course, make appointments to meet with a Fellow to discuss and orally review your items.
